Email Marketing Designer - Remote

Overview

The main purpose of the Designer is to work on design-related tasks for your assigned clients and stores as part of the Service Department, with the responsibility to create quality, effective, well-designed, and impactful email marketing campaigns that convert and drive sales for our clients.

• Creating high-quality, on-brand designs for email and SMS/MMS campaigns.
• Collaborating with Account Managers to conceptualize marketing campaigns.
• Implementing client feedback in design projects.
• Assisting with various design tasks in Figma.
• Understanding and advising on clients’ visual brand identities.
• Communicating design ideas effectively to team members.
• Maintaining high design standards and meeting deadlines.
• Participating in training and skill-building sessions.
• Continuously improving email marketing results for clients.
• Reporting directly to the Design Lead and Service Director.

Requirements

• Full-time commitment with general availability for office hours.
• Ability to track an average of 140 hours per month.
• Experience with design tools, particularly Figma.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Creativity and attention to detail in design work.
• Commitment to continuous skill development.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
