Overview

The main purpose of the Copywriter is to work on copy-related tasks for your assigned clients and stores as part of the Service Department, with the responsibility to create quality, effective, well-written, error-free, and impactful email marketing campaigns that convert and drive sales for our clients.

• Creating high-quality, on-brand copy for email and SMS/MMS campaigns.
• Developing effective copy decks focused on conversions.
• Assisting with various copywriting tasks within the Copy Team.
• Understanding and advising on clients' written brand identities.
• Implementing feedback and changes to projects.
• Participating in team efforts and maintaining deadlines.
• Using tools like Google Docs, Asana, and Hubstaff effectively.
• Writing for the company’s marketing efforts as needed.
• Continuously improving writing and editing skills.
• Reporting to the Head of Copy and Service Director.

Requirements

• Full-time commitment with general availability for office hours.
• Averaging 140 tracked hours per month.
• Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
• Signing a non-disclosure agreement.
• Exclusivity agreement during employment.
• 30-day notice period after the first month.
• Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months.
