Overview

The Performance Analyst will lead projects to implement data-driven approaches and optimizations, conduct research and data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads, and create data-driven visualizations.

Requirements

• Solid experience in data analysis and research with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
• Experience in data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Knowledge in SEO and SEA, as well as initial experience in the synergy of both areas.
• Scientific thinking ability to form hypotheses, test, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Ability to lead projects and take responsibility for their implementation.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex issues understandably.
• Team player with a desire to explore new paths together.
• High initiative and independence, as well as the willingness to take responsibility.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
