Overview

Become a key member of our team as a Market Leadership Advisor, supporting strategies across the development, operations, and performance of our health plans in a Chief of Staff role.

In Short

• Oversee and manage special projects for Medicaid Operations.
• Monitor financial and operational performance.
• Represent the health plan externally.
• Assist with decision-making and strategic planning.
• Advise executives on functional strategies.
• Coordinate activities of Senior Managers.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Plan and coordinate leadership events.
• Ensure effective staff recruitment and development.
• Work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in managed care, Medicaid preferred.
• 2+ years leading enterprise-level projects.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Knowledge of fiscal planning and budgeting.
• Ability to simplify complex data for leadership.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
