The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at HSN will assist Spanish and English speaking customers by managing inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing a personalized customer experience while working from home.

Requirements

  • Over a year of experience in customer service or retail.
  • Conversational demeanor for enhancing customer interactions.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting basic computer issues.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must have a compatible computer and internet connection.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing education and coaching.
  • Experience with e-commerce environments preferred.
  • Strong reading comprehension and problem-solving skills.
