Remote Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor)

Overview

Headspace is currently seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide direct, virtual care as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role requires therapists to be licensed in Wyoming and to offer a minimum of 5 sessions per week.

Requirements

• Independent clinical license in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical psychotherapy.
• Competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, etc.).
• Ability to provide culturally responsive care.
• Tech-savvy with experience in care delivery technology.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to provide concurrent documentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, if needed.
• Familiarity with the Headspace app is a plus.
• Licensure in multiple states is highly valued.
