Overview

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for independently managing order processing and ensuring high-quality customer service through various communication channels.

  • Reliability and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Initial experience in equestrian sports is beneficial.
