Working Student / Customer Service Agent - Remote

Overview

We are looking for reinforcement in customer service! If you enjoy communication, love writing, and want to be part of a meaningful female health startup, then you are in the right place! Support our team part-time (20 hours/week) – completely remote – and help guide customers with heart and know-how.

In Short

• You are our voice to the outside and support customers via email, chat, phone, and social media.
• You manage our community on social media, ensuring everyone feels well taken care of.
• You help clients find individual solutions and respond to inquiries quickly and diligently.
• You work closely with our team to optimize processes and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• You conduct evaluations and analyses and contribute ideas on how we can further improve our service.

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills.
• You love to write, are articulate, and excel in German spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• You have a genuine interest in customers, listen well, and enjoy finding solutions.
• You work independently, reliably, and maintain overview even in stressful phases.
• You ideally have some experience in customer service.
• You are eager to develop and learn new things, especially in the areas of health, hormones, and female health.
• You are enrolled at a university (Bachelor or Master).
