Overview

We're growing our remote team and looking for individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful travel experiences. As a Travel Specialist, you'll work with clients to organize trip details, explore destination options, and ensure their plans come together smoothly from the early stages through final booking.

In Short

• Help clients coordinate travel plans including accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities.
• Learn client preferences to recommend suitable destinations and experiences.
• Provide helpful suggestions to enhance trip planning decisions.
• Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed.
• Work with travel partners to confirm reservations and updates.
• Keep travel records organized and up to date within internal systems.
• Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and destination opportunities.
• Support clients throughout the planning and booking process.

Requirements

• Interest in travel planning and customer-focused roles.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient and structured way.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia or qualifying regions.
