Travel Experience Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We're continuing to grow our remote team and are currently looking for organized, service-driven individuals to join us as Travel Experience Coordinator. In this role, you'll support clients as they prepare for upcoming trips by helping manage details, streamline planning steps, and ensure everything stays on track from start to finish.

In Short

• Connect with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and scheduling needs
• Assist with coordinating trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Keep clients informed with timely updates regarding planning progress and confirmations
• Review available travel options and share relevant details clearly
• Respond to client questions through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
• Support updates, adjustments, and follow-up requests as needed
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet access
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other qualifying regions
