Product / Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product/Technical Project Manager at Holepunch, you will lead the Pear Platform team, ensuring successful delivery of our products while bridging technical depth with product thinking.

In Short

• Ownership of platform deliverables from identification through to resolution and testing.
• Establish clear definitions of platform features with explicit labels.
• Monitor core platform health and coordinate urgent issue resolution.
• Create actionable roadmaps prioritizing high-impact work.
• Provide regular updates on platform status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product-focused tutorials and guides.
• Build debugging and error reporting systems.
• Drive systematic tooling and processes for problem-solving.
• Manage cross-team dependencies during platform transitions.
• Implement processes ensuring platform changes work with dependent products.

Requirements

• Experience with development tools (Git, project management tools).
• Solid understanding of testing approaches and test automation.
• Experience with SDK development and module architecture.
• Strong proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining sprint cadences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Electron or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Experience with peer-to-peer technologies or distributed systems.
• Background in developer tooling or SDK development.
• Experience working on platform/infrastructure teams.
