Summer Internship 2025, Planning & Allocations - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic intern for our Planning & Allocations team that will focus on analyzing, improving, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels at Five Below stores.

In Short

• 10-week internship program from June 2nd to August 8th.
• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
• Paid internship at $17/hour.
• Hybrid model with 3 days/week in the Home Office in Old City, Philadelphia.
• Participate in hands-on projects that impact company success.
• Engage with Senior Leadership Team and participate in professional development sessions.
• High intern satisfaction and conversion rates.
• Focus on data analysis, inventory assessment, and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with store and supply chain teams.
• Present findings to stakeholders through detailed reports.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled as a rising Junior, Senior, Grad Student, or recent Grad in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote meeting software.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the brand is a plus.
