Overview

The Tendering Manager at Hitachi Energy will ensure innovative and cost-effective proposals while supporting pre-sales technical and commercial activities aligned with the APAC HUB strategy.

In Short

• Develop and implement pre-sales support and bidding strategy.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals adhering to company guidelines.
• Support Bid/No-Bid analyses and decisions.
• Review terms and conditions in proposals with subject-matter experts.
• Manage deal risk review and approval process.
• Ensure competitive offers based on market conditions.
• Plan and allocate resources for proposal preparation.
• Support sales organizations during technical meetings and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Promote Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role in Electrical Engineering or Power Industry.
• Technical knowledge of substation automation systems and protection systems.
• Experience in the Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power Transmission & Distribution, Power Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
