Overview

We are hiring a TikTok Shop host and content creator to represent a fast-growing clean-beauty brand. You’ll be the on-camera face of the brand—hosting engaging TikTok Lives, producing short-form videos that stop the scroll, and helping convert audiences into loyal fans.

In Short

• Host multiple weekly TikTok Live sessions that drive measurable engagement and sales.
• Film, edit, and publish 3–5 native TikTok videos per week aligned with campaign goals.
• Analyze content performance and iterate to improve reach, retention, and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan live calendars and trend-based content.
• Uphold brand voice, aesthetic, and FTC-compliant creator standards.

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Experience in content creation for social media platforms.
