A growing international legal operations team is seeking a MedPay Specialist to manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of medical payment claims with accuracy and accountability. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that medical expenses are properly reimbursed, documented, and reconciled. You’ll work closely with case management and accounting teams to support smooth financial workflows and reliable recordkeeping.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit MedPay demand packages to insurers with >95% accuracy.
• Audit medical records and bills for completeness and CPT/ICD coding accuracy.
• Follow up with insurance adjusters to secure timely payment confirmation and resolution.
• Reconcile received payments with case management and accounting logs.
• Maintain precise documentation in legal CRM systems (Filevine, Clio, or CASEpeer).
