Inventory Manager (Beauty) - Remote

Overview

We are hiring an Inventory Manager to own the inventory function end-to-end for our growing beauty business. This role is highly cross-functional and will be responsible for maintaining inventory health, ensuring product specs remain accurate, managing shelf life, and strengthening our factory partnerships through performance tracking and vendor scorecards.

In Short

• Own inventory management across all SKUs and manufacturing partners
• Track and maintain inventory levels, months on hand, shelf life, and product specs
• Build and maintain factory/vendor scorecards
• Manage and document factory agreements and operational terms
• Identify inventory risks early
• Partner with Ops + Demand Planning to align replenishment decisions
• Improve SOPs for inventory tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Provide leadership-level reporting on inventory health and vendor performance
