We are seeking an experienced Finance Recruiter who will manage the recruitment lifecycle for finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies.

Full-time contractor position

Work schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. business hours (PST preferred)
Focus on sourcing and hiring finance and accounting talent
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
Build and maintain finance talent pipelines

Track recruiting metrics and provide updates

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finance Recruiter
Deep familiarity with finance functions
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable
Ability to develop tailored sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to track metrics and report progress
Knowledge of finance hiring trends and compensation benchmarks
