Requirements

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable
• Ability to develop tailored sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to track metrics and report progress
• Knowledge of finance hiring trends and compensation benchmarks
