The Property Management Assistant will support an Australian residential portfolio with a strong focus on Western Australia, handling day-to-day administration and stakeholder communication.

• Full-time remote role working core AWST hours.
• Manage tenancy documentation, renewals, and compliance files.
• Process applications and schedule inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with trades, owners, and tenants.
• Monitor arrears and communicate with the PM lead.
• Keep the PM database organized and updated.
• Produce weekly activity summaries and reports.
• Work with a focus on compliance and service SLAs.
• Support the local team effectively from day one.
• Ensure a high standard of documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
