PIM Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a PIM Specialist to own and operate the product information system that sits at the center of a growing real estate and investment organization. This role is about structure, accuracy, and scale. You will be responsible for managing structured data across assets, vendors, and internal systems, ensuring information is clean, standardized, and usable across teams.

• You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing structured data, PIM systems, or database-driven platforms
• Strong attention to detail and a process-first mindset
• Experience administering SaaS platforms with complex data models
• Comfort working with large datasets, attributes, and validation rules
• Clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a core system
