The Vice President of Product, IROps at Q4 will lead the evolution of the core Investor Relations Operations platform, ensuring it meets the complex needs of IR professionals through a strong product vision and strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to drive product strategy for complex SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading AI-driven product initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership in developing high-performing product teams.
• Deep understanding of Fintech or Investor Relations technology is a plus.
• Strong technical acumen for engaging in architecture discussions.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and execution across initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven with a disciplined approach to product decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
