Overview

As a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for Mobile at HighLevel, you will be responsible for driving the quality strategy for mobile applications built using Flutter, leading mobile test automation efforts across iOS and Android.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile testing and automation.
• Strong experience with Flutter-based mobile apps and testing frameworks.
• Excellent programming skills in Dart, Java, Kotlin, or similar.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of mobile-specific challenges.
• Experience with CI/CD integration.
• Solid understanding of API testing.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis for automation failures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments.
