Senior Python Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Python Developer, you’ll own the backend stack: architecting APIs, automating Kubernetes deployments, and ensuring data flows reliably through databases and event buses.

In Short

• Design & Develop high-performance Python services and web applications.
• Implement modern API architectures (RESTful, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Automate Kubernetes deployments using Helm charts or raw manifests.
• Containerize apps with multi-stage Docker builds.
• Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and ArgoCD).
• Design and maintain relational and NoSQL schemas.
• Integrate and operate event buses for async processing.
• Lead design reviews and mentor peers on best practices.
• Drive documentation for architecture diagrams and runbooks.
• Ensure data access patterns are optimized.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expertise in Python.
• Strong experience with OOP.
• Expert in Docker and image optimization.
• Hands-on with REST, GraphQL, or gRPC.
• Solid background with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing event-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Built declarative pipelines in Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Git fluency with advanced branching and conflict resolution.
