Project Manager - Embedded Software - Remote

Overview

High Tech Genesis is looking for a Project Manager with strong embedded software expertise to join our North America Professional Services team. In this critical role, you’ll take full ownership of projects, driving delivery and ensuring we meet all customer commitments.

In Short

• Primary customer interface responsible for managing customer interactions.
• Manages execution on opportunities and maintains inter-group relationships.
• Responsible for delivery of proposal packages including SOW and project plans.
• Conducts technical and business presentations to customers.
• Ensures deliverables are world-class standard.
• Projects confidence and strong technical ability to customers.
• Embeds a culture of process improvement.
• Measures and improves customer satisfaction.
• Manages Software Engineers and other Project Managers.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or green card holder.
• 6+ years of engineering or management experience with embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with software safety certification standards preferred.
• Additional coursework in business management or PM certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
