Overview

As the Group Manager | Planning, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Planning Group, focusing on our Pennsylvania offices, while fostering a coaching culture and ensuring high standards in project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Planning or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of planning experience.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in client relations and public presentations.
  • Ability to build collaborative teams.
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%).
  • Licensure or certification preferred.
