Overview

As the Group Manager | Planning, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Planning Group, focusing on our Pennsylvania offices, while fostering a coaching culture and ensuring high standards in project execution and client satisfaction.

In Short

Lead and coach group members to enhance the employee-owner culture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Planning or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of planning experience.
Proven project management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in client relations and public presentations.
Ability to build collaborative teams.
Effective use of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Willingness to travel (20-30%).
Licensure or certification preferred.
