Overview

We are seeking a Junior-Level Creative Design & UX professional to join our growing team at henon.ai. As a Designer at Henon, you will play a key role in UI/UX design, creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our SaaS platform.

In Short

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web-based applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma (or similar tools)
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and refine requirements
Maintain and expand our design system and UX standards
Advocate for best practices in UI/UX across the organization
Actively seek feedback and defend designs when necessary
Effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
Champion accessible design meeting WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 compliance

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency in design tools like Figma
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Passion for creativity and problem-solving
