Product Designer - Remote

Overview

The successful Product Designer will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and enhancement of our critical modules within our HCM platform. As the Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery modules, features and functionality that meet the needs of our global clients.

In Short

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the product.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
