Project & Process Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Project & Process Manager, you will manage customer projects holistically while developing sustainable and scalable process and governance structures. You will combine structured project management with a clear focus on processes, responsibilities, and continuous improvement.

• Planning, steering, and implementing customer projects in the field of management systems, compliance, and organization
• Analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end processes, including roles, interfaces, and responsibilities
• Translating technical, regulatory, or organizational requirements into actionable project and process structures
• Moderating workshops, alignments, and decision formats with customers
• Establishing project and process standards (e.g., documentation, reporting, governance)
• Ensuring transparency regarding progress, risks, and dependencies
• Close collaboration with functional, technical, and management stakeholders on the customer side

Requirements

• Experience in project management, process management, operations, or organizational development
• Strong service and customer orientation, with a passion for regular alignment and consulting
• Structured, independent working style with attention to detail and context
• Ability to clearly structure and communicate complex topics
• Experience working with various stakeholders and decision levels
• Very good German and English language skills
