Overview

The Crisis Support Specialist plays a vital role in the Crisis Response Center, providing compassionate support to individuals in crisis and facilitating care coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in social work or related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in person-centered services.
  • One year of crisis intervention experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Must complete background checks.
