In Short

  • Responsible for implementation and programming of clients' benefit plans.
  • Manage third-party vendor files and ensure correct programming of benefits.
  • Review prior SPD’s and make recommendations for new group implementations.
  • Create and update plan summaries for client renewals.
  • Assist with programming updates for complex renewals.
  • Resolve complex customer service issues.
  • Maintain vendor file for buy-up products.
  • Work with vendors for accurate EOB design.
  • Conduct peer-to-peer audits for programming.
  • Assist in training of junior team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare administration.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage complex benefit plans.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in programming and claims systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with vendor management.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
