Senior Accountant / Head of Accounting (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

The Schöne Haare GmbH – HEADS by volu-med™ is a growing company in the field of wigs with several locations in Germany. We are looking for an experienced individual to independently manage our entire accounting and act as the central contact person for all financial topics.

In Short

• Independent management of the entire accounting
• Recording, checking, and posting all incoming invoices
• Digital document management via DATEV Unternehmen online (DUO)
• Booking all business transactions in DATEV
• Execution of payment transactions
• Monitoring and reconciliation of open items (debtors & creditors)
• Preparation and ongoing monitoring of liquidity planning
• Preparation of payroll data for transfer to the tax office
• Creation of monthly financial reporting for management
• Complete preparation of the monthly closing
• Location-based controlling (revenue, cost, and break-even analyses)
• Support in budget planning and business management
• Close collaboration with the tax office (monthly and annual closing are done externally)

Requirements

• Several years of solid experience in financial accounting
• Very good DATEV knowledge (mandatory)
• Experience with DATEV Unternehmen online (DUO)
• Experience in independently preparing monthly closings
• Knowledge in liquidity planning and controlling
• Business overview and affinity for numbers
• High independence, sense of responsibility, and discretion
• Structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style
