Overview

As an HR and Finance Data Analyst at HeadQuarters, you will drive data-based decision-making and provide insights to optimize our client's HR processes and initiatives.

• Analyze HR-related data, including headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
• Support the HR team in workforce planning and employee engagement analysis.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and provide market-based recommendations.

Requirements
