Overview

As an Audit Staff member at HCVT, you will engage in a variety of audit tasks and work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality audit services.

In Short

• Participates in pre-audit planning of engagements
• Conducts external audit tests to support an audit opinion
• Prepares financial statement reports
• Performs analytical reviews of various account balances
• Works on M&A engagements as needed
• Handles Client Accounting Services engagements as needed
• Conducts technical research as necessary
• Communicates effectively with team and client personnel
• Develops strong relationships with clients and team members
• Maintains a strong client focus and responsiveness

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
• Some accounting work experience preferred but not required
• Eligibility to sit for ACCA exams
• Basic knowledge of internal accounting controls and standards
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work overtime as needed
