Overview

We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong interest in E-Commerce and legal matters to join our team as a Jurist/Legal Consultant. You will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and developing legal products that ensure legal security in online trading.

In Short

• Provide personal legal consultation for members, focusing on consumer protection, contract law, and data protection.
• Advise members via phone and written communication on legal security in online trading.
• Conduct legal research in the area of E-Commerce.
• Monitor legislative processes and develop solutions for legal products.
• Create legal information materials for members.
• Collaborate across departments with other business areas.

Requirements

• Interest in legal work in an innovative industry, especially in Legal Tech and E-Commerce law.
• At least a first legal state examination and ideally some experience in the relevant legal areas.
• Strong customer service orientation with an analytical and solution-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of technical contexts.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level).
