Pediatric Mental Health Therapist - Full Time - Remote

Overview

The Pediatric Mental Health Therapist will provide quality mental health care to students within partner school districts, working remotely to increase access to healthcare for children and families.

In Short

• Full-time W2 position with two months off in the summer.
• Work Monday through Friday with flexible shift options.
• Provide virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct initial mental health assessments and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care management teams for successful transitions.
• Participate in trainings and maintain documentation standards.
• Minimum weekly availability and productivity levels required.
• Telehealth crisis support may be provided as needed.
• Must maintain an active license in the state of service.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LMFT, or LPC required.
• Must be licensed in NC and the state of residence.
• 1 year experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment strategies.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.
• Strong technological skills for digital documentation.
• Effective communication skills with diverse populations.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Available for 10-month employment (school-year based).
