Mental Health Therapist (MD License) - Full Time - Remote

Overview

This role is for a full-time Pediatric Mental Health Therapist who will provide virtual mental health care to K-12 students, working remotely from various states in the USA.

In Short

• Full-time W2 position with summers off.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 12p - 8p EST.
• Provide virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to support students.
• Conduct initial assessments and create treatment plans.
• Maintain active licenses in relevant states.
• Participate in clinical team activities.
• Document all patient interactions accurately.
• Be available for telehealth crisis support as needed.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed therapist (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting.
• Strong technological skills for telehealth services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Willingness to gain licensure in additional states.
• Experience with diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues.
• Must pass a background check.
• Available for 10 months of employment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual skills are a strong plus.
