Project Lead for Construction Contract Management (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

For our client in the rail and transportation technology sector, we are looking for a Project Lead for Construction Contract Management. In this role, you will report to the Site Procurement Director and work within a motivated and committed team.

In Short

• Interface management between project management, contract management, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Development and implementation of a supplier governance model for strategic partners.
• Orchestration of contract-relevant activities.
• Monitoring of contractual obligations.
• Organization and leadership of governance meetings.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, commercial law, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in contract management, ideally for construction services.
• Solid knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) or HOAI.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP tools and contract design.
• Fluent German (min. C1) and good English skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, negotiation skills, and a structured way of working.
