Overview

As a Systems Engineer at Hayden AI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our infrastructure and security measures, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards.

In Short

• Collaborate with IT Operations to evaluate and implement new services/features.
• Oversee corporate account management integrations, including SAML configurations.
• Design and manage Server Room infrastructure.
• Manage and test OS images for corporate devices.
• Contribute to SOC2/ISO compliance efforts.
• Drive the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
• Architect and implement corporate network solutions.
• Coordinate legal holds and investigations involving corporate data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and SAML integrations.
• Strong understanding of zero-trust security models.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and MacOS imaging.
• Knowledge of SOC2/ISO compliance requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal hold and incident management processes is a plus.
