Overview

This is a unique hybrid role, acting as a vital link between the Hardware Team and the Onsite Operations Team. With responsibilities spanning both hardware support and system operations, you’ll play a central role in driving cohesion between these two pillars of the department. When onsite at tournaments, you won’t just contribute to event delivery, you’ll take the lead in managing and deploying kit, refining build-out processes, and helping create a more streamlined, integrated operation.

Requirements

  • Proactive, diligent, and organized.
  • Experience with computer and camera hardware.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Experience in process improvement across teams.
  • Track record of creating and delivering training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of hardware processes including RMA and Procurement.
