Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Accountant at Haus, you'll be integral to managing and evolving our accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the implementation of new platforms and processes.

In Short

• Manage AR/AP functions and oversee cash transactions.
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain the general ledger in accordance with US GAAP.
• Partner with FP&A and operations for forecasting.
• Assist in preparing financial packages for management.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits and tax filings.
• Document accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support implementation of accounting software and automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel.
