• 3+ years of experience shipping developer tools or products.
• Experience solving performance and reliability challenges.
• Ability to organize multiple stakeholders towards a common goal.
• Analytical skills for prioritization and tradeoffs.
• Comfortable engaging with developers and platform engineers.
