Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will support all day-to-day operational activities while working hands-on as part of the team.

In Short

Support day-to-day operational activities.
Manage, monitor, and maintain monitoring tools.
Ensure all change activity is tracked and risk assessed.
Create and maintain user and technical documentation.
Maintain/Triage incidents/requests in Harrods ITSM tool.
Hands-on experience in cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
Experience with CI/CD tools, ideally Azure DevOps Pipelines.
Experience in Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban methodology.
Scripting languages such as PowerShell, YAML, Python, or TypeScript.
Knowledge of database maintenance and performance optimization.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Azure platform.
Experience in delivering within Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of web and serverless Azure technologies.
Experience with .NET Development.
Ability to manage and triage incidents effectively.
