Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Harrods, you will support day-to-day operations while collaborating closely with the Digital Technology team to enhance functionality and project delivery.

In Short

Support operational activities in a DevOps role.
Manage and maintain monitoring tools and alert systems.
Track and assess change activities.
Create and maintain user and technical documentation.
Triage incidents and requests using Harrods ITSM tool.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies.
Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps Pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.
Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
Understanding of .NET development and database optimization.
