In Short

  • Handles incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts.
  • Answers customer inquiries regarding website navigation, service questions, and general concerns.
  • Evaluates customer interactions and escalates issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Builds relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Promotes client products and services.
  • Achieves established performance standards consistently.
  • Projects a positive and professional image.
  • Provides administrative support to the customer service team.
  • Assists with overflow work and other duties as needed.
  • This position is remote, allowing you to work from home.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities.
