• Manage inbox and maintain applicant management system
• Create and publish job advertisements
• Evaluate applications and conduct phone interviews
• Support experienced recruiters in client consulting and support
• Contribute ideas and create content for social media channels and newsletters
• Edit photos and videos
• Publish posts, reels, and stories

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication Sciences)
• Ideally, you have some experience in recruitment (e.g., through internships) and are interested in HR topics
• You are creative, familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and know how to engage audiences
• Preferably, you have knowledge of image editing, editing software, or Canva
• You have a quick understanding and structured working style
• You are empathetic, communicative, and have a good sense for people
