Senior Associate Consultant, Contract Lifecycle Management - Remote

Overview

Harbor is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant with Contract Lifecycle Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), service delivery, and client advisory experience to join our growing team. A core part of our business is to provide technology services to corporate legal departments around the areas of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Discovery and Data Management (DDM), and Enterprise Legal Management (ELM). This role is for our Contract Lifecycle Management service line, which helps Fortune 500 companies select, implement, and optimize Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.

In Short

• Support multiple engagements and client relationships.
• Assist in service delivery and project administration.
• Provide guidance and contribute to the completion of deliverables and client commitments.
• Develop current and future client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct assessments of contract management processes and provide recommendations.
• Develop strategic road maps for implementation.
• Optimize existing CLM tools and technology.
• Perform assessments and gather requirements for system selection.
• Provide business process and technical expertise for system implementation.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support user adoption.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal consulting or with a CLM provider.
• Experience in CLM process assessments and technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad, Agiloft, and/or Malbek preferred.
• Four-year degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of CLM technologies and service providers.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to support multiple concurrent engagements.
• Willingness to learn new concepts or technologies.
• Permanent US work authorization required.
