Project Manager Team Lead (Legal Financial Systems) - Remote

Overview

Harbor is seeking a Project Manager Team Lead to join our growing Legal Technology and Operations Department. As the primary point of contact for client engagements, the Finance Systems Project Manager Team Lead ensures consistent client satisfaction through exemplary leadership and responsive service.

In Short

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams for successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Utilize Harbor Project Management tools to track project progress.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Manage and develop Project Manager team members.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles and develop strategies to manage them.
• Responsible for keeping the project on budget and providing customer billing.
• Ensure project delivers the scope as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Participate in requirements discussions and ensure documentation is compiled.

Requirements

• Project management experience implementing Aderant Expert / Elite 3E.
• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficient in collaboration and project tracking tools.
• 3+ years of experience with the firm’s services or clients, preferably in legal software.
• Competent in problem solving, customer-focus, communication, and collaboration.
• Authorized to work in the UK without restriction or sponsorship.
