Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to operate within our Call Center who is passionate about delivering high-quality care through advanced clinical support and care coordination.

• Manage medication refill requests, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Address complex abnormal lab results, providing clear instructions and follow-up steps.
• Handle complex member questions using clinical expertise to provide actionable solutions.
• Respond to calls from specialists, acting as a liaison between members, providers, and the care team.
• Facilitate care coordination for members with chronic conditions.
• Provide real-time support for member concerns leveraging nursing knowledge.
• Collaborate with CMAs, RNs, and other team members to ensure high-quality care outcomes.
• Document all clinical interactions and care plans in the EHR system with precision.
• Possess 2+ years of clinical experience; prior experience in healthcare call center or telehealth preferred.
• Comfort and experience working fully remote.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with active state licensure.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and nursing protocols.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and triage tools.
