  • Looking for an LVN to operate within our Call Center.

  • Ensure seamless transitions in care remotely.
  • Manage medication refill requests accurately.
  • Address complex abnormal lab results.
  • Handle complex member questions using clinical expertise.
  • Respond to calls from specialists as a liaison.
  • Facilitate care coordination for members with chronic conditions.
  • Document all clinical interactions in the EHR system.

Requirements

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with active state licensure.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience; healthcare call center experience preferred.
  • Comfort and experience working fully remote.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and triage tools.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
