• You work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth processing of customer inquiries.
• You are responsible for our offerings on external marketplaces and identify sales opportunities for revenue growth.
• You are the first contact for communication with our marketplace partners.

Requirements

• First experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce, is an advantage.
• You are a communicative team player with strong customer orientation and enjoy solving problems.
• Knowledge of Zendesk or similar customer service tools is helpful.
• You have an interest in AI systems to make customer processes more efficient.
• You communicate fluently in German, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with sales on marketplaces like Amazon is an advantage.
• You remain calm in stressful situations and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• Willingness to engage with new topics.
