We’re seeking a Talent Brand Manager to sit at the intersection of Recruiting and Marketing—acting as a dedicated marketing function within Talent Acquisition while also serving as a shared resource across Handshake’s broader brand efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in talent branding or employer marketing.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Experience with recruiting teams and candidate funnels.
